Pre-Wedding Photo

At last, me and Yen Ling finally took our wedding photo at Kota Kinabalu on 17th and 18th December 2009. It a 2 days package, which in indoor and outdoor. On the first day was out door. We went to two locations at KK. One at Country Resort and another at Tg. Aru beach. Both the place was magnificent esp the sunset. The indoor photo was also nice and pretty. Credit must be given to the photographer and his Canon EOS5D, 21 mega pixel.

Lest We Forget

Went to War World 2 Memorial, Labuan. It was the place where Japanese surrendered to the Allies. It a place where Japan surrendered their samurai sword as the mark to end the Japanese Occupation at East Malaysia. Even until today, the place is where to remembered the fall and raise of those who fought for world peace. Below the photo I took at Labuan War Memorial.

The Beginning of October

It been awhile I didn't update my blog. Today start the new month in the year 2009 - October. Well, I am currently working at Bintulu until 14th October. And 15th October I will be flying back to Labuan, where I will drive my car to KK with my fiancee and her mum. And from KK, we will fly to Singapore by Tiger Airway. I will visit Singapore for my holiday and bring my fiancee and her mum for short holiday.

Sad Day ...

Today is very sad day for me, especially my fiancee and her mum. When I hear the news from my fiancee this morning that her dad (father-in-law) pass away this morning at Labuan hospital. It was very sad to hear the news and I almost shed tear.

May he be remembered forever. May his soul rest in peace.

Visit To Mv Doulos @ KK

During my recent visit to Kota Kinabalu, I drop in to see Mv Doulos, the largest floating bookshop in the world. In fact, is a vessel / ship. My last visit to Doulos was maybe 10 years ago, while berthing at Bintulu port.

Happy Birthday ... Yen Ling

Today my fiancee birthday.... And I want to wish her Happy Birthday... But today I still working and my day off. Only tomorrow I will able fly back to Labuan and be with her. It will be a good birthday kiss for her when I back to Labuan with her again. It seem to be too long away from her because of 2 weeks working. But When I back to Labuan, it will be a long hug and kiss for he. Early this month before I go to Bintulu, I give her a Birthday present... but my loving kiss will be tomorrow evening. hehehe

Bus + Lorry + Car = Accident

On my way to town for lunch about 1230 p.m., saw an accident. It happen at the junction. The traffic light junction to hospital. Not surprise.Why? Because that area are prone to accident. Just last month, a oil palm tanker tit from behind and cause all the palm oil to split onto the road and cause more that 4 accidents.

This time it involve 1 bus with almost full of passenger, and lorry belong to a local transport company i.e. Harbour Services - loaded with plywood and a small kancil which is badly hit from behind. It seem that the bus was on the way to town. And the lorry to port, and kancil maybe to kidurong or Sg. Plan. Who is wrong? Don't know. But normally the lorry driver. Why I said lorry driver is because the driver will speed up if the traffic light start to turn yellow or red. Even red, the driver will keep speeding up. Just like see a ghost. They just cannot wait for the next turn. Accident involve lorry or trailer always happen in Bintulu especially Kidurong road. It seem that the driver do not care for other car especially smaller car. What a pity...

No idea...

Seem almost 1 month I didn't update or write anything in my blog. Sometime, it seem that don't know what to write. Hope that I will get some idea of what to write soon.

My Engagement

Finally, I proposed to my girlfriend that I want to marry her. And on 29 May 2009 or 29.05.09, I officially engaged to my long and only girlfriend in Labuan. The engagement was simple. I proposed to her with a beautiful gold ring. I inserted the ring into her finger, and she inserted into my finger. Both of us inserted our engagement ring after she finish working and on our way home, inside the car. In the evening, we and her parent when out for dinner.Now is the time to plan for my wedding. Need to chose for the suitable date for our wedding.

Sleep inside the Car

International Airport Terminal 1to sleep inside the car. But after 1 hour cannot sleep because of the Arrived KK evening with my fiancee. This is my 2nd trip to KK in less than 1months. But didn't booked any hotel coz I didn't think that all hotel in KK will be fully book. Yes. All the hotel is fully booked or full house. It Keamatan at Sabah. That what make all the hotel, motel even inn is full. So sleep where. At first drive my car to KKmosquito biting us in the car. So at 3 a.m. in the morning, drive to McDonald Dive In, part my car next to it, have a cup of coffee and online. My fiancee try to get some sleep while I blogging to keep me busy and awake. Hope that tomorrow can find a place to stay.

Accident Again....this time 2 at same time

On my way to my office from town, not far from Nyabau traffic light, after the SM Teknik school, saw 2 accidents happen on the same road. not far from each other. About 10 meters. The first accident I saw was a Viva or Kancil over turn and landed in the middle drain. Even the drain is not made from concrete, but the roof of the car is badly damaged. Guest the driver or passenger must be in serious pain. And not far from the 1st accident, saw another accident. A Myvi hit the middle of the road. Must be hit the tree. But the driver is lucky as his car just damage from the front part only.

Why there accident of the same road? Because of the slippery road cause by the oil palm tanker yesterday about 5 p.m. Yesterday late afternoon, the spot at the traffic light, an oil palm tanker hit another oil palm tanker from behind. So the impact cause the oil palm split out from the tanker. And worst still that the tanker is full and on the way to oil palm refinery. Because of it, the streach of road from the traffic light until the junction to Daiken(if drive up to LNG), and from traffic light until the junction to Kidorung Telekom (if drive down to town) is slippery. And worst still, there not even a sigh board that show slippery road and to remind others driver about the danger of the road. Just be careful when drive the Kidurong Road.

My Netbook - eeepc 4G

Last time, notebook or laptop is consider portable computer where can bring from one place to another place easily. Imagine if a person want to bring whole PC everyday from office and then back home again. It would be non sense to do that. That why some computer company created - Notebook. Make life easy. But recently, maybe since last 2 years, come another type of most simple, yet light, and not big size, just the size of B4 size paper only type of computer. It called - Netbook. Netbook is simple and easy to use. It mostly target people with travel a lot without want to bring an extra bag for laptop, but just pack and go into the luggage. Just like me. But netbook have very limited space of storage, and mainly for those rely on internet or just want to be online, but netbook also can be use like normal PC. I have my own Netbook, which is almost 1 year old and its still working perfectly. It serve me a lot and help me  a lot especially when I keep on the move and when I need to access to my email and online like keep writing in my blog. I like my Asus Eeepc 4G netbook.
