1st Year Anniversary In Company

Happy anniversary to me. Today I celebrate my 1 year working in the company. Time fly so fast. It just like yesterday only, when I start to join in the company. The working environment is up and down. But office politic is always there no matter which company you join. No matter what company you working with, surely will feel some office politic. It a fact. But just take it easy. As long as our job is done, that will be fine. 

In so many company I been working with, surely will find good or bad. Maybe if list down, bad points is more than good points. 

Below are the good and the bad points I want to share with;

Good Points

• Hard to think and most of the points is bad..

Bad Points

• Colleague behaviour
• Gossip and talk behind
• Manager don't like 
• "Pilih Kasih" by management / manager
• Feel like the job done is not worth with paycheck
• Overwork
• No mercy
• Office politic
• No increment / bonus
• Work like hell

There are more point we can add up, but I just put some of the point only. 

It only matter of time to get out for the company if we feel not worth working with . Why time? The right time mean, high pay and we feel it want to escape from all the bad points.

As for me, after working in present company for 1 year, I feel it still the best company working with. Because it a US based company,  and the working environment is better with good paycheck and other benefits. Hope that I will stay in my present company until I retired. Just pray and hope in God.

This is how my office look like. Yup, Just me sitting in the room. and below is how my desk look like. What a mess. Not surprise. All my working desk will be messy and not tidy. It my habit.

This photo is original taken while on the way to rig about 1 hour 40 minute from Bintulu, near to Similanjau area. In the picture 1, the rig look like 'sengget' on the left. In fact the rig is just straight. See picture 2 taken again. Wonder maybe something wrong with my digital camera or maybe there something on that area. I din not digitally modify as I not very good in digital modity the photo. Maybe I should learn.
